Blacktail Ponds Elopement | Annmarie & John

I’ve got a bucket list of elopement and wedding spots and ideas I’m hoping to get a chance to try, and a Blacktail Ponds elopement has been on my spot list for a while. We were originally planning to do only Annmarie and John’s first look here, but after we arrived and saw the fall colors in full force, we knew our plan had to be adjusted.

There were 5 of us in total on this day, and the laughter and giggles flowed for every single hour. Annmarie is just gold, she glows– seriously– joy, beauty & life. I will not be sad if she is a galpal of mine for years to come. John is kind, easy-going and he and Annmarie fit so well it’s hard to imagine a world where they aren’t partners to eternity. I loved hearing their story, and meeting the guy behind their first encounters… Ed… who was our officiant. He nailed it, I think we all cried for at least 5 minutes… if not more.

Bourbon, smiles, all the hearts and love, and the best of afternoons (I mean.. they got a moose as a witness!). These two are gold && I’m the luckiest gal to have been a part of this day and their lives.
