I’ve had the pleasure of capturing a LOT of wedding the past years and seeing a lot of secret spots in the valley, but a Shadow Mountain intimate wedding was a new feature in my list and it was soooo amazing.
Adda & Bob wanted to celebrate with family in a Jewish wedding but 2020 sure through a lot of hurdles. But, they still made this day happen and it was literally amazing in all ways. I love celebrating with cool features of other cultures, learning and enjoying. We obviously got some classic October fall weather, but it was ironically fitting for these two as Bob was a meteorologist and loving the changing clouds and weather! (Check out the cloud print inside his suit!!) I think we all would usually ask for no rain for everyone’s sake, but I will never to say no to cloudy light and was so grateful that Adda and Bob are both totally wild, easy-going people with a sense of adventure.
Shadow Mountain intimate weddings, big shindigs, elopements, shoots… I’m there for it all and I can’t wait to explore this spot more! In a clearer day, the views of the Tetons are phenomenal… as long as you make it up the road!
Special thanks to an incredible team who collaborated to make this day happen. First and foremost, to Alison with Destination Jackson Hole who was a total dream to collaborate on planning with and to have her help the day-of with all the coordination required! To JH Flower Boutique for making this magic for us, to Canvas Unlimited for helping with rentals, Snow King Resort for the housing, Mollie for HMU, Osteria for wining and dining us, Absaroka Cake Company for their beautiful cake and Willowby by Watters for this incredible two-piece gown!
