Stormy Mountain Elopement | Garth & Alicia

Over the past year, I’ve gotten to follow Alicia and Garth on their adventures courtesy of social media, so I knew these two would handle their stormy mountain elopement with utter grace and make it look like such a dream… which they absolutely did.

A lot of fall showed up this week randomly, and though we had fits of pouring rain that morning, our timing aligned perfectly for the clouds to dance around the mountains and give us little glimpses. We celebrated alone in true adventurous style (which, if you know them, is more than fitting) and we celebrated with their friends and closest family… the best of both worlds.

Even though stormy days can be nerve-wracking for big days, this day is such a testament to the magic lighting that comes with clouds, and the spark of adventure a little wildness adds to your story.
