Portland Inspired Wedding

Matt and Steph’s Portland inspired wedding was the perfect combination of the two coasts they love, the east coast where both orginated, and the west coast, specifically Portland, Oregon, which they now love to call home. We connected by chance, and have so many ties, from our dogs to our friends,  I was blown away.  I got to shoot their engagement under the waterfalls in the Columbia River Gorge, and then unite with them for their wedding.

They trusted me and my opinion from the time we met through now, and it is something that I can’t express how much I value. We became good friends through their love, and I ended up staying with them on my last trip to Portland. These are the relationships I make a point to build through my work, and I’m lucky to know them and to have been a part of this with them.
