Northern Maine Homestead Wedding

This amazing full-heart homestead wedding was the perfect union of a couple with dreams and skills that aren’t something you see everyday. I happened to meet Julie at a National Park Service meeting (my folks are biologists, so i spend a lot of spare time working with them on wildlife biology and environmental work). She’s a forester, and she and her highschool sweetheart we’re getting married.

We hit it off quickly and a few months later I was meeting her on her wedding day. They have their own homestead, and run everything together, at 21. It’s pretty amazing, and so were the sweet little additions they had, like making homemade jam as a gift to all their friends who were with them on their day, or spending a whole weekend making homemade from-scratch pies for all their guests.
