These two went through the ringer this year trying to figure out adjusting plans, finding alternative ways to celebrate, all of the lovely things that Covid19 has done to the 2020 wedding season. After a few flip-flops on our plan, we landed on this Jackson Hole LGBTQ+ engagement… which was actually a big adventure we took to a ton of spots in the park… and had a blast!
It’s important to me that all love is celebrated, which is why this is a special feature for me– it breaks my heart that there are so many people in this world who have to spend extra time looking for vendors they can work with because their love isn’t always supported– that’s not okay with me. Love makes this world better, and every kind is amazing and beautiful and deserves pure, genuine celebration and support. So, I’m hoping that these posts let all know that all love is welcome here.
Lauren and Hilly were supposed to get married this week, but when the park had to close down some lodging this year due to safety, they were forced to postpone the party to next year… but we were determined to still make this week special.
We had a bunch of stops, but this one was by far my favorite– and the most true to who they are. There’s nothing I love like a beer, mountains, sunset & love… all mixed together. The best moments are always the ones that represent who we are most accurately, and to me it was so clear this stop was our best– the laughter was the most pure, the love was the deepest, and the moments in between documented a life of joy these two have together.
I can’t WAIT for next year with these two– we’re gonna have a heck of a party to celebrate them!
