This Jackson Hole adventure engagement is one of my all-time favorite shoots. It’s a a soul-filling, hearty dose of endless laughter, doggos, campfires and a whole heck of a lot of love.
Olivia and Connor came into my life earlier in 2019. Jay and I live in a small town on the Idaho side of the Tetons, and the local drive-thru coffee hut is a go-to for most of us who commute the mountain pass to Jackson daily. Olivia loves to get our pup Fern treats when I pick up coffee and we became fast friends. Once we began hanging out, we found out Olivia and Connor shared one big mutual connection- they met in Maine, where I’m from!
Connor works for the Forest Service as a wildland fire fighter, and Olivia is our local java master amongst other things, such as being an animal whisperer and foster mom of endless furry creatures. They have Willow and Aurora (rory!) as their own fur-babies. Fast forward to this summer, when Connor asked Olivia to be his partner for life and amidst a lot of happy tears she agreed.
I love these people so much, and am so grateful for their presence in our lives. It was such an honor to capture this love and story, and two get the chance to celebrate with them in the two places I love most in this world. I can’t wait to be with them in Maine next fall when they get hitched’!
